Anyone can download Alerts data. Download it to conduct analysis, use it in conjunction with other research, or view in another map. There are three formats available for download:
To download Alerts data from SkyTruth Alerts:
- Set up your map to show only the Alerts you are interested in. You can use an Area of Interest (AOI) you have created, search for an area, or position the map so that it shows the area you are interested in.
- Choose the kinds of Alerts you want. Check or uncheck the specific Alerts you want to download.
- Select a specific date range, if any.
- Click the Download button.

The SkyTruth Alerts report viewer shows every piece of data available in each report you selected. You can perform analysis from here, or download the file type you want by clicking on one of the Download buttons.
By default, the 100 most recent Alerts for the area you are looking at on the map will be selected for download. However, you can choose to download up to 20,000 Alerts at a time (or as many as are available in your selected area). SkyTruth Alerts has reports going back to 2001.
